What’s Included?The price is based on a general cleaning fee, which includes one cleaner at a fixed home or office size of one bedroom, living area, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. (Additional rooms and services will be an added cost.) Additional cleaners needed are charged at the same rate of the general cleaning fee for up to four cleaners in service per session, granted availability. Deep cleans will give you additional cleaning time for the cleaners to stay longer to do a more detailed cleaning. It will include things that are not normally included in a standard cleaning such as organising and decluttering among various other services. Any additions not selected on the worksheet form will NOT be included in your cleaning. The minimum time that can be allotted is 2 hours per time slot. Adjustments made to the booking inside of the worksheet will be billed additional to the general cleaning fee.

Do you bring your own supplies?Yes, we will bring all supplies needed. If you would like, we can also use your supplies.

Are you insured?Yes, we are fully insured so rest assured knowing your home is in safe hands.

What if I am not satisfied?Our top priority is creating a clean environment and satisfying our clients. That is why we offer a 48 hour guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason with our cleaning, simply give us a call within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you. Unfortunately once the cleaners have started, we do not provide refunds.

Do I need to be home?Some clients prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. Whichever works best for your needs. If you will not be there, we just need a way to get in. We can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like. Rest assured knowing our cleaners will treat your home with respect and honor our satisfaction guarantee.

How will you get in?This up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. You may give us a key. You can leave a key under the doormat on the day of cleaning. You can give us the code to the garage. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning. We will work out what fits your needs and tailor to them.

How and when do I pay?Payment is due at time of service. Paying with a credit/debit card, or electronic check through PayPal is secure (and preferred) and leaves an electronic accounting trail for your records. Simply log on to paypal at: www.PayPal.com and click Send Money, then send to: PayPal.me/ReadyMaidCleaners, the amount of today’s services $ _________, Goods and Services and click send. Cash and Checks are also fine and can be left on the kitchen counter – or we can keep a credit card on file and just charge each cleaning after you’ve approved of our work.

Can I skip or reschedule?Yes. If you choose to change your booking, please contact within 24 hours of the scheduled date. Please know there will be a fee if there is a late notice cancelling or rescheduling.

Do you do laundry or do the dishes?We offer dishes as a part of our add on services. Unfortunately we do not do laundry at this time.

What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular cleaning?A deep clean is for clients who haven’t had their space professionally cleaned in a while. This allows our cleaners any additional time needed to thoroughly clean your home especially if the space is considerably cluttered or messy. This includes additional things not included in our standard cleaning, such as getting to baseboards among other items. You can also give the cleaners custom instructions documented on the custom worksheet we will provide.

How many cleaners do you send?The amount of cleaners will depend on the size of your space and what kind of cleaning you may need. We will send between 1 - 4 cleaners to accompany your cleaning needs.

Are your cleaning products toxic or harmful?No, we provide eco friendly green cleaning supplies. Or if you prefer, we can use yours as well.

Do you clean outside windows?Unfortunately, we do not offer exterior cleaning.

Do you clean high areas with a ladder?Unfortunately, due to liability we do not bring a ladder and we can not go up on a ladder even if you provide one. We can go on a small step stool (2-3 steps only) to clean slightly higher but you must provide the step stool. If the area you need cleaned is not reachable by hand from a small step stool then we can not clean it.
